Box Office
The Box Office is open for in-person transactions Tuesday - Friday: 10 AM - 5 PM & Saturday: 10 AM - 1 PM and 24hrs a day online. You may also reach us by phone at 972-304-7047 or Click Here to Email the Box Office. Will Call ticket pickup opens 1 hour prior to the start of the event.
Please note that the Coppell Arts Center is a cashless venue and accepts all major credit and debit cards for the Box Office, and Concessions transactions. The cashless model allows us to operate more efficiently and effectively, allowing our team to focus more on the guest and their experience.
Purchase Policy
Tickets may be purchased online at coppellartscenter.org 24/7. Tickets may also be purchased by phone or in-person during Box Office hours at 972-304-7047. Each person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to be admitted, and an adult must accompany children under the age of 12. No babies in arms allowed.
Credit/ debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) are accepted at the Box Office. The Coppell Arts Center is a cashless venue. Online orders are processed by Etix, which is the Coppell Arts Center’s authorized ticket provider. Tickets are subject to applicable fees and are only valid for the event date and time listed on the ticket.
Fees
The total price of your ticket or order reflects the face value of your tickets plus ticket fees. The fees included with your ticket at the Coppell Arts Center are as follows:
- A Credit Card Processing Fee
- A Facility Fee supports the operation and maintenance of the venue.
- A Convenience Handling Fee is applied to each ticket to cover the processing and handling charges for each individual ticket
Methods of Delivery
When purchasing tickets in-person or online you will have 2 methods of delivery to choose from.
- Print at home/ mobile delivery
- Will Call pick up
Will Call tickets can be picked up one hour before the start time for an event. For Will Call pick up, ticket purchasers must present a picture ID for verification or the actual credit/ debit card used to purchase the tickets. If you are having trouble finding your Print at home/ mobile tickets in your confirmation email, please contact the Box Office at 972-304-7047.
Will Call
Will Call tickets can be picked up 1 hour prior to the start of the event. For Will Call pick up, ticket purchasers must present a picture ID for verification or the actual credit/ debit card used to purchase the tickets.
Refund Policy
All tickets are a final sale and nonrefundable. There will be no refunds of tickets or fees for reasons including but not limited to a missed event, seat location, or quality of the event. Due to the nature of event bookings, dates, times, performers, and schedules are subject to change. In the event of a change, the Coppell Arts Center reserves the right to present a substitution for the productions or performers currently scheduled.
If a ticketed event is canceled and rescheduled, patrons will receive the new event information through the email address provided at the point of sale. If a ticketed event is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled, refunds will be given, or other accommodations will be made. If refunds are granted, tickets purchased with a credit/ debit card via the box office, online or by phone will automatically be refunded to the original card used.
If an event is delayed or must be shortened due to severe weather conditions deeming it unsafe for patrons to be at the Coppell Arts Center, management will make the best efforts to issue make-up offers for future events to those patrons impacted by severe weather conditions.

Lost/ Stolen Tickets
The Coppell Arts Center is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If your tickets have been lost or stolen, we encourage patrons to inform the box office as soon as possible at 972-304-7047 or Click Here to Email the Box Office. There is no guarantee we will be able to assist you in replacing your lost or stolen tickets. However, we will attempt to remedy the situation and reissue your tickets when applicable.
Third-Party Ticketing
The Coppell Arts Center's official ticketing provider is eTix.
The Coppell Arts Center does not guarantee or recommend the purchase of tickets through any third-party reseller (broker or individual). We are unable to guarantee the validity of tickets purchased unless they are purchased through our box office or on our website, coppellartscenter.org. Tickets purchased through third-party resellers may be determined to be fraudulent, and admission to the event may be denied without compensation. The Coppell Arts Center is not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties.
