The Coppell Arts Center hosts Holi, an Indian festival that marks the beginning of the spring season. Join us on March 27th from 10 am to 1 pm on the Grove to celebrate a colorful display of interactive art activities, sip on Indian spiced drinks while enjoying dance performances from eminent classical Indian dance schools from the DFW metroplex.
- Families can participate in creating chalk mandala and rangoli designs on the sidewalk.
- Sip on samples of Rose Limeade and Thandai, a special drink with spices and nuts shared at Holi from beSPICED.
- Watch classical Indian dance schools perform traditional, folk, and contemporary styles of dance that represent Holi.

On March 19th at 12:30 pm, join Sapna Punjabi-Gupta, registered dietitian, culinary wellness specialist, and vendor at Coppell Farmers Market for a special Facebook LIVE from her Ayurvedic Indian kitchen in Dallas. She will share about the Indian festival of “Holi” that ushers in the spring season and give us a taste of Holi by showing us how to put together “Papdi Chaat” and “ Rose Limeade” that are perfect for celebrating this colorful festival.
