Accessibility
The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Thus, in order to assist individuals with disabilities who require special services for participation in or access to the City of Coppell Arts Center programs, activities, and/or performances, the City asks the individuals make requests for these services to the Box Office.

Access and Parking
The Coppell Arts Center has accessible routes from both the Hammond St. parking lot and Travis St. entrances to the Center. Accessible parking spaces are located on the west side of Coppell Arts Center in the parking lot off of Hammond St. and on Travis St. in front of the Center, and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for patrons with valid accessible tags.
Accessible Seating
The Coppell Arts Center is equipped with ADA seats. When purchasing tickets online, ADA seats are clearly marked with the accessible symbol. These seats are movable and can be removed to make space for a wheelchair or scooter. Companion seats for patrons’ guests are clearly marked in the area. ADA seats are also available for purchase by phone at 972-304-7047 or in person at the box office.
Assisted Listening Devices
The Coppell Arts Center offers an audio clarification device for guests with hearing disabilities. This service is free of charge and available for all indoor events. Assisted Listening Devices are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to all indoor programs, activities, and/or performances at the Coppell Arts Center. Please make your way to the Patron Services Desk located in the Lobby of the Arts Center in order to reserve one. If you need any assistance, please ask the Box Office or an Usher. You will need to provide a Government Issued ID or Major Credit Card as refundable security deposit to reserve the Assisted Listening Device. We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled performance curtain in order to ensure one will be available to you. Assisted Listening Devices are sanitized after every use.
Sensory-Friendly Kits
Sensory-Friendly Kits are available for check-out at performances for our patrons with sensory sensitivities. These kits include fidget items, earmuffs, and sunglasses. Sensory-Friendly Kits are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to all programs, activities, and/or performances at the Coppell Arts Center. Please make your way to the Patron Services Desk located in the Lobby of the Arts Center in order to reserve one. If you need any assistance, please ask the Box Office or an Usher. You will need to provide a Government Issued ID or Major Credit Card as refundable security deposit to reserve the Sensory-Friendly Kit. We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled performance curtain in order to ensure one will be available to you. Sensory-Friendly Kits are sanitized after every use.
Signed Performances
The Coppell Arts Center offers sign language interpretation upon request. The City of Coppell asks that individuals make requests for these services two (2) weeks ahead of the scheduled program, activity, and/or performance. These requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter and are provided at the discretion of the management at the Coppell Arts Center. Amanuenses
The Coppell Arts Center offers Amanuenses upon request. These requests are subject to the availability of an Amanuensis and are provided at the discretion of the management at the Coppell Arts Center. Braille Transcriptions
