The Coppell Arts Center offers a diverse selection of arts entertainment, from our Center Presents shows to our Local Resident Art Groups performances.
Not all productions may appeal to or be appropriate for every person or for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the shows we offer in order to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.
Please read the following policies and procedures carefully and watch our welcome video to ensure that your visit to the Center goes smoothly.
All Ticket Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. There will be no refunds of tickets or fees for reasons including but not limited to a missed event, seat location, or quality of the event.

Cashless Venue
Please note that the Coppell Arts Center is a cashless venue and accepts all major credit and debit cards for the Box Office and Concessions transactions. The cashless model allows us to operate more efficiently and effectively, allowing our team to focus more on the guest and their experience.
Children Policy
Everyone attending regardless of age must have a ticket to be admitted, and an adult must accompany children under the age of 12. No babes in arms allowed. Parents may be asked to remove their child/children if they are causing disruptions or are unable to sit quietly. There are monitors in the lobby on which the show can be viewed until you can return to your seat.
Cameras & Recording Devices
Cameras and other recording devices (audio, video, and still) are not permitted in the performance venues.
Cell Phone & Personal Electronic Device Policy
The use of cell phones and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited. Cellular phones and other devices can cause distractions to performers and other patrons. Please turn all devices to silent while inside the performance venues.
Late Seating Policy
Every effort is made to start performances at the announced hour unless there is an unavoidable delay. In consideration of our patrons and performers, anyone arriving while a performance is in progress will be seated only at times designated by the artist and their management. Late-arriving patrons may be directed to seats in the rear of the theatre until intermission.
Lost Items
The Coppell Arts Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items at the Center. If you have in inquiry about an item, call the Box Office at 972-304-7047.

- Strollers (For accessibility needs, please contact the Box Office in advance)
- As a courtesy, cowboy hats should be removed once seated in the house
Parking
The Coppell Arts Center parking lot is located on the west side of the Center off of Hammond St. There is additional street parking in front of the Center in Old Town Coppell.

Smoking
The Coppell Arts Center is a non-smoking, tobacco-free, and vape-free facility.

- We wish to promote effective communication and maintain a respectful dialogue on our social media pages, which serve as limited public forums. In that spirit, the regulations for posting comments on any City of Coppell social media account are below.
The City of Coppell reserves the right to restrict or remove any content that is deemed in violation of these guidelines or any applicable laws.
Comments on City posts must be within the scope of the topic under discussion. Comments or material not topically related to the site, article, or post being commented upon will not be permitted. Such messages will be removed.
- Comments addressed in reference to facilities and programming must be civil. Malicious, offensive, threatening, profane, or insulting language, or obscene content will not be permitted. Such messages will be removed.
- No references to the personality of other participants or individuals, or attacks on individual character will be permitted. Such messages will be removed.
- Comments containing any of the following will not be allowed for posting, and such messages will be removed:
- Content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability, or sexual orientation;
